Before you decide
Reply to any Miracue email and a person reads it.
Do I need an account to use Free?
No. The prompter works without one. An account is also free, and adds your library on any device you sign in on, share links and device handoff.
How does the free trial work?
Every paid plan starts with 7 days free, with no card. At the end you choose whether to pay; if you don't, you keep everything you made and Free carries on.
When do Pro and Studio open?
Pro opens in November, and people on the waitlist hear the date and the price first. Studio opens in January. Join the list from either card and we will email you when it opens.
Is the AI included in Pro?
Yes. The AI assistant and AI storyboard sketches come with Pro. We'll share the details with the waitlist first, when Pro opens.
I already pay for Miracue. What changes?
Your plan is now called Teleprompter. Nothing is removed and your price stays the same.
Can I move from Teleprompter to Pro later?
Yes, at any time. You pay only the difference for the time left on your plan, and nothing you made moves or changes.
How many devices can I be signed in on?
Free keeps two signed in at once, and Teleprompter and Pro keep three, which covers a laptop, a tablet in front of the camera and a studio machine. A further sign-in asks which device to let go; nothing is signed out without you choosing.
What is the pin on video calls?
Call mode opens a script small and docked, so it shares a desk with Zoom, Teams or Meet, and that part is free. The pin lifts the script into a little window that stays on top of the call, in Chrome and Edge on a computer. Free accounts get three pinned calls to try it; Teleprompter keeps the pin on every call.
Which currencies can I pay in?
Prices are shown in US dollars. Checkout uses local pricing where available: £39 a year in the UK and €45 a year in the euro area. Payment is handled by Paddle. US prices exclude sales tax, added at checkout; UK and EU prices already include VAT.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. Ask within 14 days of paying and we refund it in full, no reason needed. The refunds page has the detail.
